You will get direct access to 1-on-1 email support via my members only app after signing up. I usually always reply within 24 hours. You will complete progress check-ins every 4 weeks by updating your measurements, photos, weight etc. which is how I will monitor your progress and make updates to your plan to ensure you keep getting results.

No, I will provide a detailed supplement guide if you want to enhance your nutrition but the meal plan will be designed using whole foods.

Yes, absolutely, I’ll create your meal plan and make sure get all the meals you need to get the best results. 

Yes, the diet will include budget friendly foods that are easily available in India. 

You will need a pair of dumbbells.

The subscription begins when you sign up. You start following the plan whenever you want. 

No, the plan cannot be paused. 

The plans are recurring subscriptions unless you choose a one-time payment plan. The reason I do this is so that you can continue making progress and sustain your results. I will constantly update your workout and meal plan each month and you will get continuous support from me. You can cancel the recurring subscription anytime before the billing date risk-free! If you choose a one-time payment plan, you will need to manually purchase the plan again. Once a one-time payment plan ends, you will no longer be able to access your plans. You can only access workouts/meal plans if you have an active subscription or active one-time payment plan.

If your recurring subscription fails, or you cancel it or you are on a one-time payment plan that has expired you can sign up for a new plan by purchasing it again. Make sure you use the same email address so that your progress data is retained.

We have a strict no refund policy on our subscriptions. 

No, the subscription cannot be extended without purchasing a new plan. 

No, we do not provide static content such as PDFs because your body keeps changing which means the workouts and meals plan need to be continually updated. The reason we created an app is so that we can constantly update the workouts and meal plans based on your body to ensure you keep getting results.
